Returns and Refunds
- If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. We will require a detailed explanation of the issue and any relevant evidence, such as photos.
- Refunds will typically be issued in the same form as the original payment. If you paid with cash, you may receive an in-store credit.
- In the case of an incorrect item being delivered, we will offer to replace the incorrect item with the correct one or provide a refund if you prefer.
- If your order is missing items, we will arrange to send the missing item as soon as possible, or offer a refund for the missing item(s).
- Full refunds will only be issued for orders that are cancelled prior to preparation. After preparation has begun, refunds may be partial and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds or exchanges will NOT be given for customer errors such as providing incorrect order details or changes of mind.
- Perishable goods such as pizzas cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue or discrepancy from the order.
