'SavorClearWander' originated from an aspiration to introduce genuine Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our pizza place commenced as a quaint establishment managed by relatives, leveraging recipes passed down from past generations.
Margherita Bianchi, the progenitor, mastered pizza-making through her immersive journeys across Italy, gaining insights from seasoned pizzaiolos in Naples—the pizza cradle. After her return to the UK, her sole resolve was to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, strictly adhering to classic techniques and opting for the most excellent ingredients.
What started off as a humble pizzeria with only 12 seats has now evolved into a cherished community asset. Nevertheless, our dedication to excellence and originality stands firm. We continue the traditional practice of wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and meticulously choose top-tier ingredients.
Today, 'SavorClearWander' is still in the hands of its family founders, with the Bianchi family’s next generation at the helm of our zealous crew. Despite adopting some contemporary advancements, the core ethos of our business—forging exquisite, bona fide pizza that unites—remains unaltered.
